again playing in post processing with my sunset photos of Skagen, a place i visited only once, but the place and the sunset of this day was inspiring,
this may be the last one of this moment i'll upload on TL
previous photos
this is the fourth of the serie that i use more PP, technique used : select sea, contrast, more white and more brightness of grey, select sky, contrast,
about the tilt, if you see it you have good eyes ;) i didn't think it was enough to be corrected

I love playing around with photo programs just to see what is going on and learning new things! This thumbnail caught my eye right away! really moody shot, almost as if the foreground is not supposed to be seen BW...but the sun IS, color! Really nice work Jonathan!

Jonathan,
This photo could have gained more impact if the red and yellow sky was reflected on the water. It is a nice PS work.
Cheers,
Wellington

Bonjour Jonathan,
Tu excelles dans les couchers de soleil sur la mer! Intéressant travail sur celui-ci
La désaturation fait vraiment un étrange effet. C'est un choix artistique que je ne le discute pas! Ta version en workshop est super! Bon weekend!

Hello Jonathan

That is that it is class, elegance in molding a beautiful and wonderful landscape. For me it is wonderful to look this beauty.
I like landscapes middle to half - middle to you blush and half b/w.
It was fantastic your vision and creation!
Congratulations, love that :)

Very interesting PP work, has more of an end of the world feel than the "normal" pretty sunset shot.
Feels as if the waves are going to jump right out and get me. :0)
Nice work, TFS.

Hello Jo
What a wonderful idea to PP this BG color then FG all BW! I really like the idea and think this sort of photo can really carry it off!

great PP Work Jonathan. the selective saturation works well. Nice! Tfs

OgGie

Good use of the selective desaturation technique - the layers in the picture contrast well and I love the tonal range you've created in the waves.
Thanks for sharing
