I like this partial desaturation with its compo,tone,light,graphical effwct with all those lines.

Desaturation has worked very well here and the girl in yellow is a very important part of the picture. I feel that the top half of the picture has so much detail it pulls the eyes away from the main subject. I have done a workshop to try a correct this. Hope you like it.
