Something I started to play around with today in PS. Two images putten togheter. The landscape is from the islet Pellinge, Porvoo and the moon is taken a few weeks ago with Solkkus Canon EF 400mm F/5.6 USM L lens that I tryed out. Used a little gradient tool, hue-saturation and added the frame.
Yes I know the moon isn´t that big in natural size but I wanted this picture to be more surreal & scifi. I don´t know if it´s good or bad so I leave that for you guys to decide.
Well hope you like it.

:-) I realy like what you did here Dennis!
You even thought of a reflexion on the ice...
Did you know that in Bluff, the most southern town of New Zealand the moon realy is about this large when she comes up???
So all in all not that scí-fi if you ask me...

Greetzzz,
Anna

A most beautiful picture Dennis !
Lovely scene combined with a stunning moon-picture.
Only one comment : the reflection of the moon is flattened and too straight. Look at the reflection of the trees on the right to see how the reflection is (nearly) as big as the original and is ragged and interupted by the waves.
Congratulations

Well, you take to comments well. It seems like I just saw this on the other site.
I especially love the ice and the purples.
Nice lighting.

Kelley
