Well, I think the light was quite perfect - if you look closely you can see sun reflecting from kitty's eyes.
Post-processing: Decreased brightness, added contrast and finally burned all the green spots from the background. |

I agree it's a purrrr fect photo of your kitty Peppi. The colours are excellent, the dark background really shows off a nice contrast to Peppi. TFS Janice
