Hi Joni,
It's a nice experiment with faces and expressions. Reminds me of the album cover of "A Hard Day's Night", from Beatles, also with crazy faces in b&w and in rows.
It's a nice one, I like it, though the expressions could have maybe been more varied.

It's great. Well composed, pretty funny face expressions.
Good choice of grey tones, composed with clean and even background.
