the building looks as though it is about to fall on the guy. the horizon is off and the leg is distracting.
i have completed a ws to show what i mean.

Hi Turkan,

I'm thinking this is an inclining road, because the lamp-post is perpendicular to what would be a level plane. I could be wrong, but I think the building structure protrudes out at an angle. The leg is an easy crop, but I have posted so many photos where I noticed something after the fact.

Interesting photo none the less. I enjoyed looking at the background, although you could have cloned out some of the people. This looks like an interesting place to visit.
