Winter solarium

This is a winter solarium in Helsinki. You go to an island called Uunisaari and presumably that it is a sunny day, you walk to the souther side and stare into the sea while the sun rays are shining upon you. Hence, you absorb some heat and Sun energy. In additiona to this you have to consider that it is freezing outside and that you have to wear a coat, and a hat, and glowes, so maybe you get some sun tan on you cheeks...if you are brave enough.
Now, I have made this shot a bit "old" intentionally. I wanted to get a rough output in sepia, a bit noisy. originally the shot was taken in color and you can see it in the workshop. I used PS to do all the post processing. Please comment if you like it! Cheers, Alan |
