On the south bank of the Loire, 23km upstream from Tours, the pretty town of Amboise has built up around the fortified chateau.
Amboise also boasts the Clos-Lucé where Leonardo da Vinci spent the last three years of his life.
In the picture: a corner of one of the castle's gardens.

Very nice repetition of shapes with good diagonal compositon.

I like this artificial pattern made out of natural material. I tried a WS ty emphasize this.
