the shots against the sun are always hard.. and difficult.. but.. the final effect you could obtain.. can be really striking!! shadows and contrast here work so well!! the atmosfere is really moodly.. and also quiet!! usefuul the cloud filter, isnt it?!? good perform!! brava

Hi Carine,

whatever is the choice, both the boat & the shadow are great plus the clouds and the silhouette trees and the ripples on the water.

Hello Carine,
knowing how difficult it is to take a good photo with back lighting (especially with the sun shining right into the camera), yours is a very good photo :)
I like the reflection in the water and the cloud above. such little tricks (as with the sun behind a cloud) often make a very good picture ;)
