[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
'Little Venice'... a very small area of Colmar, France - but one of many charms! Why the name? you only have one guess... if you have said the word canals, bingo! You're nearly right. The canals are in fact only one canal - nowadays - but a lovely one it is... with plenty of colourful half-timbered houses surrounding it and uncountable flowers. Originally, it was inhabited by boatmen and fishermen - now it's one of the "nice" places to live. There are guided boat rides on small boats.

A litle gift in WS : You took canal by the bridge I offer you the bridge by the canal. But it's not a good shot of course

Ce n'est pas tout à fait aussi grand que Venise mais it is very peaceful and charming place.And as often in Alsace,sun is near as much warm as in Venice

I like this one. Good management of light and levels. Clean and clear colours. Nice composition, leading the eye on a loop journey from lower left to lower right with effective lead-in and exit points.
