Voici une des choses bizarres que j'ai notées dans les rues. Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi cette dérivation était là. Transfusion électrique ?? Pourquoi ?? Mais Pourquoi ????? Peut-être juste parce que, hein ??

Here's one of the strange things that I noticed in the streets. I didn't understand why it was there. Electrical transfusion ?? Why ?? But why ???? Maybe just because !!

Je ne fais pas confiance à ce minuscule cadenas. Il me semble qu'un enfant pourrait facilement le fracasser à l'aide d'un marteau.
De toute façon c'est une installation électrique plutôt dangereuse.
