Hmmm, i like this. Nice angle, and exposure. Skin tones are fine then again maybe a touch to red, a red cast on the black t-shirt. The top of the guitar could be burn in a bit. The shot is original, and well captured.

As Denis points out, one or two minor flaws, but these are insignificant in the image as a whole, which is a very pleasurable view.
Actually if I had to pick one flaw, i'd say what a pity the guy in the middel wasn't leaning back just a little more, so as not to collide with the foreground guitarist's profile.
