Bonjour Francis,

Strasbourg is a famous and beautiful French city, but it looks even more splendid from your POV and way of looking at the old buildings and houses. I have been to Strasbourg several times, but I think I should visit it again after I saw this picture.
The sharpness and POV are great. The half-timbered houses are well shown and the colors are very warm and soothing to the eyes. A great work of art!

Amazing old houses - and wonderful that they still stand after so long. You chose good light and good conditions to shoot, and the composition is simple but effective.

There seems to be a haze/halo along the rooftops, was there post-work on the sky? A note about your photography, as well as subject, would be very useful!

Bonjour,
je vois que tu t'ai promener dans l'est de la France. Je ne connais que par les livres et les photos cette partie de la France, et l'a sais très connu.
Les colombages sont magnifiques, beaux détails aux tons contrastés. Bel angle de point de vue.
Belle carte postale comme celle que j'ai fait d'Honfleur :=)).

Yea this is a good example of the German infuence in area,it must be great place with lots of history.
