Arbois…

Finally I found the name of this city in the France Jura: Arbois. Why I didn’t remember anymore. This picture I took while travelling a couple of weeks through Europe after a very painful divorcement in 2000. My body was travelling but my mind was one big mess. So I still remember I was in this wonderful French town were the famous Lois Pasteur was born and raised. This town has also nice canals and is very attractive regarding photography. This photo I made with my Minolta 300si ‘analogue’ camera and a 200ASA 35mm photo film. On the picture you see the so named Gloriette tower and the typical Arbois houses.

Hallo Hans.
Een foto waar je wat langer naar moet kijken om het te waarderen.
De zweem over het maakt it Different. Dat is uiteraard op te lossen (lettelijken figuurlijk) in bvb Picasa, maar het doet het wel in deze compositie. Past wel by jouw storie.
Jan

Hai Hans,
Ik vind die zweem erover wel een romantisch sfeertje maken,Lijkt me een heel mooi stadje,
Gr, Jacqueline

I was really HAPPY about my divorce! HAHA! After 22 years of abuse, I was free! It took a long time to leave. I hope you have recovered and found another beauty to spend your life with. Great shot Hans!
