early evening, this white flower with dark forest background, I wanted to create a nice contrast and to shoot in black and white.

Apparently it's Taraxacum, though we've always just called them Dandelions...my wife curses them when they show up on our lawn. Great shot, I love that you've captured the dead blossom/seeds while they were all still together.
