Wow, what a powerful capture of the Le Mont St. Michel castle with wonderful details!
I like the atmosphere here and the golden field gives great contrast to the cloudy sky (full of mood). The sharpness and POV are perfect. Very well seen composition!

Very nice environment, a rural atmosphere, with the glorious Mont at the BG.

Hello Adri,from this PoV we might never realise that the sea is so close by!
A beautiful shot with good sharpness.
Colours are natural, I like that.

Greetings Adri,there has been several images of this landscape posted on TL,& I mention this, because I think this IMHO is one of the better ones.The capture of the landscapes colors are vibrant as is the detail of Saint Michael's Mount
The bales of hay add interest to the scene & the formation of the clouds adds another,well seen & captured.

A lovely view. I like the way you composed this with the hay bales in the f/g. I have seen many photos of this famous place and this is one of the better shots.

Op deze foto komt "Le Mont" wel heel mooi uit.
Prachtig van kleur en scherp tegen een weer even mooie lucht.
De rollen hooi op de voorgrond geven een mooi extra accent.

Hello Adri,

We also visited Mont St. Michel last month but sadly, it was misty and grey though we had high hopes of capturing a shot like this! Never mind, I will glory in your shot, instead!

It makes a wonderful focal image, appearing to emerge from the fields. The bright sunshine on the field and the contrasting cloudy b/g sky, create a superb light.
I like the inclusion of the hay rolls in the f/g; they give a lead towards the town.
