[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Malheureusement je ne sais plus dans quel village.
Mais cette sculpture est dédiée au débarquement de la guerre 40-45.

Comme vous pourrez le constater, le temps n'était pas clément mais un avis personnel, j'en suis bien contente et j'aime ce mélange de gris entre le ciel et le fer... mais le sable mouillé est là pour rehausser le camaieu de gris.

A poignant capture. Composition and the subdued levels work well. I'm glad you didn't do anything tacky like put a title or signature in the frame - the simple, humble presentation of this is a suitable tribute.

An interesting photo on many levels; the war memorial, the interesting shapes, kind of like swords piercing the sand . . . and sad memories of those huge losses.

monument impressionnant, à la hauteur surement de ce que furent les combats...
oui le temps sied bien aux couleurs; une mer et un ciel bleu n'aurait pas été avec le recueillement nécessaire sur ce lieu
