always too much pollution, bad smell, noise of the cars...
but never enough plants
just my feeling when i watch this photo, and the interpretation of the pose of this man... expectative

Hi Jonathan,
Yes, I can see what you mean; there's definitely something intense going on in his head. ;0)
Interesting freeze frame of an interesting gait as well, very exaggerated step, almost as if he was in a big hurry to get away.
Nice stark composition adds to your description and title, as does the BW conversion.

he looks like he could be a lawyer or an undertaker, either way I don't envy him.He does have a fuuny walk, maybe he is auditioning for The Ministry of Funny Walks (maybe they are making a new series of Monty Python).
It made me smile.
