Hello Hans
Living in a desert country I really miss grass like that :). A great picture and I love the way the tree frames the left side

Yes, you did. Even though we get a better look at the French chateau in the WS, I prefer the overhanging foliage and the trees showing on the side of this pic. Also I prefer this sky here too,

Lovely capture, Hans ... great saturation good management of light and metering, those clouds are close to being overexposed but I think you've done it well.
Impressive!

Hi Hans,
This is a really wonderful place and nice shot. Composition with this building, green fields and trees and blue sky with clouds are beautiful. Nice place to weekend.
Best Regards,
Alex

I like this (little hazy) picture, Hans. I like the pov and composition. And the tree left, creates good depth. Well done my friend.

Nice detailed shot of this lovely home I think I prefer the composition of the WS but clouds need to be a bit more carefully handled some blow out areas. lovely colour saturation tfs rgds Necip.

Hello Hans,
The composition is really good, especially with the branches hanging down. It adds depth and fills out the space. In comparison to your Workshop, I think this one was the right choice. Not that the other isn't good, it's just another point of view and if I should choose a favourite among those two the original posted will be it.
The chateau itself looks vacant and could probably need a restauration, but on the other hand then the romance about it wouldn't be the same.
Thanks,
Christian

Yes Hans I think you posted the right one, with this choice, although the other one is very nice also.. looks a great place..excellent composition..I feel it could be just a tad sharper..just to give a little more defination to the building.. I think a smaller aperature (larger f stop number) could have brought more sharpness here.
This certainly looks beautiful countryside, and I hope you found someplace nice to stay.
(dare I say it... you could have stayed WITH Nancy.. he he)

Hi Hans,
Beautiful place. I think this is one photo where if you had centered the building, it would have been better. Looking at the Chateau, I could not help thinking how desolate and lonely it looks!

Hello Hans,
A postcard composition, well done!
Lovely framing by the lush trees, and the castle is captured with fine details in the architecture...
Good summery atmosphere, attractive colours!

Una vista fantástica a esta edificación tan peculiar de una época tan lejana pero que sin embargo sirvió para que Europa y el mundo en definitiva sea lo que ahora somos.

Hi Hans,
Le Château d’Acquigny looks like a castle of fairy tale! I like this old architecture with the faded colors on the freshness of fields. Beautiful contrast! Bravo! Annie
