Extremely good action-shot Patrice !
What struck me is the beautiful face looking straight into the camera.
IMO a bit of contrast would enhance the picture, and the dark border is putting an unnecessary gloom over the picture.

Lovely. You are very good with pictures of sport. The faces here say everything. Even a rough sport like rugby is a social event for these young women. The one with the ball in her hands is speaking with one that I guess under the mud has different suit. So is doing also the referee. And especially the beautiful girl in the middle of the scrum looking at the camera with eyes that I think have make-up.
Perfect DoF. A little more contrast would be great.
