This is a beautiful portrayal of an equally beautiful and sensuous lady. Unusual composition. Very well-exposed. Enviable skin tones. The softness is unreal. And, congrats, you have circumvented TL rules very nicely.

Your model is certainly beautiful and her pose is suited to the style of the shot. Your tilt is dramatic and eyecatching.
The light is not so good, it looks like you used camera-mounted flash. A remote flash, or flash bounced off a reflector, would work much better for this shot.
I don't like the Photoshop blur, it makes skin look like plastic. Be careful also about the crop, you removed the tip of her middle finger (bottom of the frame.)
