Whew, well, im going to try to be as positive as possible here. The girl isnt ugly, but the picture is not very flattering. If I were her, I wouldnt be very happy with the result.
First off, not sure if she is a friend or a model, but her pose isnt a good one. She has her tummy poking out (never good) and her arms up over her head showing her arm pits??? Strange.
But what got me mostly was the the washed out look overall. Not sure what your light setup is but it needs some fine tuning. First of all, its okay to OE (over expose) as long as you compensate for it in post. Otherwise, try to get it spot on. I noticed some red tint in the black background. I have this issue myself and I believe it is caused by either the lights being too close to the backdrop, or the color temperatures are not all the same.
Either way, that can be fixed. Ive done a workshop to show how I would do a glamor portrait. I hope you like it. As you can see, the lighting can be fixed easily. But work on posing. There are plenty of guides on how to pose females out on the net.
Do some research, practice, and get better, okay?
Thanks for sharing!

EDIT: Apparently you have workshops turned off. That's a shame. Maybe ill try emailing it to you.
