Without structure there's nothing. The world is structured, photography should be too. Visually, what's important is the spaces and the structure of things.
One should not collect facts, as facts for themselves are of little interest but it's essential to choose among them, to catch the true fact among the major reality.
Taking a picture, is to acknoledge a fact and the accurate organisation of the visually percieved shapes which convey the true meanig of the fact, all this at the same time in a split of a second. |

In fact, the composition is interesting. You could improve the facts perception, showing a better light on the hard concrete stones. Humans elements give dimension to the composition.
