Good photo. Excellent colours. Panorama format strengthen the overall impact of photo. Colours, sharpness, POV are good.
Only croping IMHO isn't the best possible.
I would prefer to see some space around this man.

i like the sharpness and timing of the frozen state of the waves. good idea about including the person to the scene to see how big is the waves. it would be nice though if the man wasn't cropped. tfs!

It would be easy to say great, and surely one can use that for the colors and panoramic presentation. But, honestly, the half figure is too distracting and leaves the viewer neither here nor there. I understand the comparative-value point, but the perception of composition is challenged by the question of whether he is getting-in or getting-out of the scene. Other than that, the scene radiates freshness.
