Tourist city of Roussillon located on the Vermilion Coast, Collioure is an old village of fishermen,famous for its anchovies. Collioure is also appraisal of the painters who enjoy in immortaliser his royal castle, his lanes and his coupled picturesque church with a bell-tower built on an old medieval lathe of guet.
