Perfectly lit, well composed portrait of a beautiful girl. Love the highlights in her hair and eyes. Can you possibly repair the overexposed patch on her back? A minor blemish though ...

This is a great grabbed portrait - I love the fact that she has made direct eye contact with your camera and that you snapped at just the right moment!
Levels are overall very good, your fill-flash balanced out the light perfectly, the depth of field keeps the background from being a distraction.
