[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
dans le cadre du festival de CANNES on peut voir des robes plus ou moins transparentes!
il est vrai que dans le monde du cinema tout est mis en oeuvre pour se faire remarqué!
j'en voit meme un qui est pres a la suivre!

Another Treklenser, "rychousmama" has set up a theme in which images by you have been included..in effect you are accused of "perpetuating nasty gender role stereotypes and myths about women and men."

However, this image shows a pretty women dressed nicely with a man looking at her - nothing mythical about that!

Hi Aldo!

Funny shot! I like how you captured the old guy checking out the girl. TFS

Unbelievable! I am talking about the guy gaping ...
And yes, transparency is right.
I like the blurred background as it gives the main subject more prominence.

Bonjour Aldo
Plus de transparence! c'est un slogan à la mode, mais là il prend toute sa signification ;-)
Apparemment tu n'étais pas le seul a l'avoir remarqué et le gars il donne vraiment l'impression de regarder jusqu'où c'est transparent. Bien vu.
Amicalement

A typical Street scene of the Cannes Festival !

Imagine later , what all the flashes will reveal.... Thiose ladies must be fully aware of the dangers of these semi-transparent dresses. After all they are there to be photographed, and to hope they will be published !

So indeed , no offense there! Otherwise, you can blame the whole Movie , TV and Publicity Industry ! It is only a matter of good taste and great presentation.

Some papparazzi are just waiting to snap incidents or bad positions. Myself I appreciate the beauty, not the paparazzi style of photos. Privacy is one thing that should be protected. Public events and apperances of stars and mdels are made to be photographed. It is up to us to decide what is good taste or bad taste.

Keep on the good work.

Robert

Cheers!
