I am sorry but I don't understand how you can possibly validate posting this blurry snapshot, regardless of it containing a celebrity.
You spent the time to frame this and perhaps you should have spent some time reading the owners manual of your Canon 400D. Seriously, people might think that I am being cruel and rude but I don't see it that way.
To advise someone to refer to their owners manual to improve their photography is good advice! I think your shutter speed should be much faster than 1/80th of a second for a handheld shot where the subject and/or your camera is moving. Perhaps a diffused flash unit would help here but only if you were on an automatic setting.
I hate to be rude but this thing wouldn't have made it off of my CF card.
