The charms of south France...
 |

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
A view of the southern French village Castellane (sounds a little Italian).
Castellane is next to the river Verdon, at the foot of the gorgeous "Gorges du Verdon". About 100 kms. from Nice, only reachable by the little roads. |

lukie,
I did a workshop on your "centered" photo. I tried to make it more interesting. I hope you like it, buddy. :)
Let me know what you think. I think others will be glad to give us some feedback on the change that the workshop shows. Hopefully, it will persuadepeople to leave you some feedback - before me, 25 views and not one person thought they'd leave the slightest bit of feedback. Do you think 0 for 25 is a positive sign?
Scott
Hi Lukie - great potential in the shot, but not fully realised. The workshop shows what you could have achieved with some thought, I'm sure you'll agree Scott has done a great job again.
The exposure, idea, depth of field are all good but focusing in more on the lamps and 'hotel' sign give the scene more impact. Your composition with the leading lamp in the centre was the major weak point.

Hallo Luc,
Gr.,
Anneke
