It's nice in Nice

During my stroll during the dawn through Nice encountered this piece of art in a park near the avenue at the beach. Kids were playing football, a lady was walking with her dog, well a dailylife scene in Nice.

PP work: shot in RAW, 400ASA, slight adjustment of brightness and contrast, used perspective crop to straighten the walls of the buildings, panoramic crop after that, resized. No sharpening used.

Bonjour Hans.
La composition de cette image est parfaite bien qu’elle manque un peu de luminosité.
J’aime beaucoup l’effet que donne cette courbe à la photo.
Un bon choix de l’angle de la prise de vue.

I like the scene Hans, but the sky is the brightest thing here, seems a little dark to me. Don't shoot me! I would have minimized the backlighting and done something to pop out the FG in this shot. Maybe I can do a WS later today!

Hi Hans,
I like the balance of the shot with the buildings on the right and the piece of architecture on the left. The palm trees look wonderful as do the mountains in the BG. Looks like a womderful park to visit. I hope you had a great time my friend.

Hi Hans,
I have to agree with Linda. The photo is underexposed. Her idea is Ok, but there is a much simpler sollution. Just check your levels and find the white point. Your version has a large gap in the highlights.

La prise de vue a probablement été prise à une heure non adaptée à cette image.
Les couleurs sont trop ternes pour avoir donné une belle image.
Dommage car le sujet et l’angle de prise de vue est intéressant.
