After the "smile", cheers everybody :))))
*************************************************

This is another cellar located at the "Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte" in Bordeaux.
The estate is located in a single block on a gravelly rise; 55 of the 72 hectares are planted with vines. The noble Bosq family started growing grapes here as early as 1365. The property was purchased in the 18th century by Scotsman George Smith, who gave the estate its present name.
*************************************************
This one house barrels of white wine. This is the "sister" photograph of the red wine cellar I posted some time ago. it was on my TE gallery but I decided to move here instead.
I hope you enjoy this one too. And for thsoe who still don't know: i kinda have "stainless steal nerves", since i didn't use tripod or flash in those photographs ;))

take care everybody, Stef

Great night shot. Glad you didn't use the flash as it would have bleached out this gorgeous ambience. Good composition and angle.

Oi stef,
Linda foto!Não é fácil tirar uma foto destas sem tripé,mas tu conseguiste e ficou com umas tonalidades espectaculares.
Fica bem,
Fernando

How wonderful! The light is so gorgeous here, such lovely golden tones...and you made a wonderful composition! great job Stef!

Hi Stef,
Nice shot! Nice composition...glad to see you put the tunnel off centered. It's more dynamic this way. The exposure looks okay. I'm still surprised to see that you can hold that camera still for so long...even if camera shake is less noticeable at wide...amazing!
Good job!
Richard

Ana

Wow, what an amazing image
The lighting is perfect, I love the golden glow of the lights and the focus is perfect the fram is great too.
Fantastic Stefania

Very well done, light and sharpness just perfect. Your shutter of 1/4 sec indicates your camera was resting on something, did you use a tripod? Ah, your note...no tripod? Wow, your great!

Beautiful warm colors! Composition just perfect. The midway path might have been a bit more clear, but its not disturbing. For sure well done!

Pleaaase get me there! A dedicated wine lover is what I am... Rest assured, just socially! I detest drunkeness...

Good POV. The light shining on the barrels rings creates a good sense of dimension. Great job!

Stefania what a beautiful shot is this the colours look so warm. Well done!!!

Jos

Hi Stef !
Glups, given you point of view I must say that wine is gold... What an unbelievable picture of an unbelievable cellar. I'm really impressed. 1000 congrats, it is a masterpiece of driving your camera. The light and the sharpness are excellent.
Bravo.
Denis. (hips, ... oh sorry)

A great shot with tone, mood, light and composition that call out - classy. Very well done. TFS - Sam

Excellent capture, the warm lighting contributes to the mood of the cellar and the composition is very good. Very well done Stef!!!

hi stef! :-)
great shot!
i really like the lighting -
the half-dark atmosphere is wonderful.
and you must have a calm hand,
at 1/4 secs my photos are all blurred.
thanx & take care,
thor.

Beautiful shot, excellent use of the lighting and great composition..great shot Stef !!

At first I thought this was a shot of an auditorium, but then I spotted the barrels in the back. Ah-ha, I thought. A wine cellar! A beautiful, classy mood with this shot, Stef. The dark frame really enhances it, also.
