The pix from france are ready!

I dont know why i start with this one: on the left ulrike, on the right sandrine, her friend. maybe because it were them that brought me to france. knowing each other from a foreign student exchange in the netherlands they wanted to see each other again and me, as the boyfriend of ulli, i HAD to come with her.

We were just visiting the forest of Brocéliande and came back from the Val sans retour (ha ha ha...came back ...sans retour... WHAT a joke) and I wanted to make a portrait of them in front of a very nice field of rapeseed. And what are they doing, nothing but just fooling around!

I'm afraid more of the France-Pictures will follow: Rennes, Pays Bigudenne, Paris and other parts of the country.

Well, conclusion of my second trip to france, the first one i really stayed somewhere longer than for a pee: it would be a nice country, there are very nice people BUT beer 0,5l for 5€, cigarettes for 4,80 and the toll (péage) on the motorway in combination with petrol for 1,45 per liter. NO WAY, everything I enjoy in my life would be too expensive there for me.

oh, forgot the PP: just some contrast adjustments, increased saturisation, then put away some redness and added as much yellow to the background i could. resized, sharpened and removed noise.

Colourfull picture with good cropping.
It just looks a bit too much posed.
But hey, they are probably not professional models :-)

I agree with Frederic : that's not a French kiss !!!! But I totally agree with your comment about French prices... ;o)

This is a nice colourful shot, I just have a critic about colour of their face (too red in my taste...). I propose you an altered version in the WS...

Very nice picture symbolising friendship, Martin, and nicely captured with good sharpness on the skin and nice blurry background but with good colours to contrast against their coat. I agree with Martine's workshop as she has improved the skin colours. Well done!!!
