Honestly, on the first view I dont like this picutre, but this simply compo with blured numbers and subject, tell a full story.
Red on the black background hurt my eyes, escpecially with blur gives very tired mood.
This shot is perfect explenation for subject.

Sounds like you could do with a nice hot glass of milk Thomas. Nice early morning shot of your clock. I like the way you only got the numbers and not the clock itself.

True Insomnia is not a funny issue if you do indeed suffer from it, is it? I have had it now for a year with no help from all the experts in sleep disorders. I like you composition because I relate to it. The mind becomes a run away train that can not be halted....yet it seems to be the time of greatest creativity....Your post is simple yet extrememly effect to those of us who KNOW!!! TFS......:O)

I like it, but I'm jealous at the same time ;)

Not really jealous, but I did some of this stuff too, and couldn't find a good title / theme to go with it.

Nice this image really gets you thinking. Love the analogue digits on the clock and its off centre composition. Simple but effective.
