Fish loaf to peas
"to cook in less than 35 mn"

One usually more easily thinks of making meat breads than fish loafs.

2 lb firm fish nets to the choices, cut of pieces (I put cod)
2 large eggs
2 cloves of garlic
3 spoons with table of flour
Zest rasp finely of a lemon
1/2 cup of shallots or onion chopped
1/2 green pepper half-compartment in small squares
1 and 1/3 cups (330 ml) of frozen peas
1/2 spoon tea of salt to celery
1/4 spoon tea with black pepper
ground dry basil

To preheat the furnace with 400 F°
To put the first 5 ingredients in the culinary robot, then to reduce until obtaining smooth mashed potaties.
To pour the preparation in an average bowl, then to add the remainder of the ingredients.
To season with a little basil.
To mix, then to pour the preparation in a rectangular mould of 8 Po well buttered and powdered with flour.
To deposit the mould on the central stage of the furnace and to cook 20-25 mn or until the preparation is taken.

To accompany by tartare sauce, roasted salad and potatoes.

I added a carrot grated and instead of the garlic of the garlic flower (for the breath and the stomach)

dans la recette, tu mets "Accompagner de sauce tartare, de pommes de terre grillées et de salade." alors ils sont où les petits pois?
bien vu le titre, on peut mettre des poissons rouges à la place de la morue ?

Une photo délicieuse! J'aime la sobriété et la simplicité de cette composition. Elle de donne de la classe à tes petits pois! Excellente idée de les présenter sur fond blanc. Beaux détails dans la cosse. Je prédis que la couleur "vert petit pois" aura la coté cet été. Bravo, c'est une très belle image!

This is a good shot Corinne. Although I can't find any point of sharpness on the shot yet it still attractive because of the saturated green colors.
