Hello, which joy of being able to find you. It isn't yet the top, but my treatment must act during 6 weeks so that I find myself in good form. As I have photographs worked in advance, therefore I can come to "bother" you a little more quickly than envisaged
; =), I miss you too much and in more it's for be in good spirits.

I go you propose a series on the hydrangeas auquels the climatic conditions (rain) were advantageous this year.
Even if I can say to you what we already know on the hydrangeas, I prefer you will put the problems that meet the planéte on the level of water. And to allow us to relativize the problem of bad weather conditions of our summer.

*******************************************************

At the day of today, the problem of drinking water and fresh water, generally, are one of the great world stakes. In the world, a man on five does not have access to drinking water. They is approximately 1,2 billion people. According to forecasts' of UNO, this figure would double until 2050.

During this last century, there were wars for oil. Currently, the experts suppose that equivalent conflicts will take place because of water.

Water and food safety are closely associated. Nearly 800 million people suffer from the hunger in the world and a great part of them lives in areas which miss water. Certain countries overexploited their ground water to extract water necessary to the production from cereals, plants often unsuited to the dry areas. These countries thus accumulated important hydrous deficits that years even of the centuries of protection will not be enough can't be to reduce. Research plays a dominating part in the study of systems of irrigation or aquiculture less consuming water. Floods, drynesses, cyclones and hurricanes... Between 1990 and 2001, our planet underwent more than 2 000 catastrophes related to water, in Asia and Africa mainly. The prevention of these risks is one of the great challenges of the durable development. The poor populations, often installed in precarious habitats and in zones at the risks, are exposed to the consequences of these plagues. They miss also logistic and financial resources to be raised some. Unfortunately, these events, closely related to the planetary climatic change, are, by places, brought to become increasingly frequent. So preventive multi-field research becomes fundamental to try to limit the property damages and human resulting from these catastrophes.
Scientific research has today a challenge important to raise to support the access of poorest to a drinkable fresh water. In addition to the fight against the great shortages and degradations of the resource, it has also a role to play to measure the reduction in the reserves and its impact environmental and socio-economic. Scientific research contributes to evaluate the fresh water resources, to include/understand the operation of hydrological major cycle in a context of climatic change and to work out strategies for better managing water available for agriculture, human consumption and the ecosystems.

Bonjour Corinne
Très beau post pour ton retour parmi nous. Ta note présente un problème essentiel des années a venir car l'eau potable est rare et précieuse et elle est surtout vitale.
Sans elle, nous n'aurions pas la photo de ce magnifique hortensia.
Merci du partage
Amicalement
Antoine
