I will allow myself to quote Kamasutra in connection with the hug (I reassure everyone, nothing which would not shock the sensitivity of somebody ;OD , just the importance of this moment for the couple).

The first group of hugs shows "the mutual Love of the man and the woman who link themselves", and the second, the pressures exchanged "at the time of the encounter".

The hug, under its various aspects, conveys various directions because one is able to show by simple caresses our feelings and desires - tender or burning -, in more of ensuring a greater balance of the companions in certain positions which require the proximity of the two bodies. In short, the hugs characterizes the intimacy of the people sharing this moment.

*******************************************************

That involved me to widen my thought, in our modern civilizations, we leave less and less, our gestural, our touch, the movements of our body speech in the place of the words, I think that it's wise to remember that the physical exchange remains important and that it shouldn't be forgotten. I don't speak about the sexual one, but it would be said that moreover, one is afraid to touch oneself by fear that that is badly interpreted by the others.

To finish some with my reflexion, when we cherish an animal, it feels alleviated, and us too. For a child, it's similar it's necessary to think of it!

I don't know what meant for me, these reflexions by seeing these two gerberas that I photographed but it's thus and I don't seek to understand the meanders of my thoughts (the weekend is so short and it is necessary for my small brain of the rest) ;ODD

-------------------------------------------------------

I puts the original in the workshop, I did very few adjustments, a little less gamma, the correction of the luminosity. HPP comes that I put the flowers on one layer, I'm made another of black color, I'm fusioned both to increase the POV and I'm to add a frame (software used Paint shop Pro XI)

Hi Corinne - the large empty space above the flowers works extremely well here - not too many people would have been so bold, so very well done indeed - I think that is the feature that makes the shot for me. It lifs the image above just being another flower shot. Great stuff, well done!

Hi Corinne,

How are you my dear? How is the weather at Niort? Wish you always be happy . .
I love this presentation of 2 gerberas . . Simple object bt you did great presenting it with large dark BG . .
Fantastic image . .

There is also a virtual hug, which is felt deeply by someone that truely loved and both hearts get involved deeply too . . It's my opinion of talking on the phone and sharing stories and concerns with someone you loved . .

Please take care my dear . .

Tfs,
Tjutjut

gros bisous
Nad

WOW, what a wonderful job Corinne!
Lovely colors on the flower and the composition is just great... almost as if there was only one Gerbera, placed in front of a mirror...
Love the light and the idea! Well done!

Cheers,
Anneke

Bonjour Corinne,
Bravo!
Cordialement
Jean-Michel

Very nice shot. I love the color of the flowers. I like the black background. TFS
