I love the mood and how you created this ominous feeling.
I personally would have put the Moon off to the left a bit it's center orientation seem to distract me.
But overall you did a splendid job.

Excellent idee for the tones. The contour of the tree break the illusion of reality, but i admit it's a hard to manipulate because the complex contour and nuances of tones. Something in the contact with the cloud and the roof is curious too. It would be better you let the roof with the clouds behind if you work on different layers.
Ha ok! I catch... You hide a building behind! There is no sky at all!
I would probably totally erase the branch part who seem coming from nowhere and use the magic wand (with patience) make the contour of the tree more natural...
But i admit the balance of the compo you would create have interest!
