[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
On the hills of my village of Saint Maxire, me walking in search of a POV for the theme of Helen, I was surprised to discover some vine-shoots, it's not about to harvest in sight a bottling, as the man who cleaned the vine and watched the grappes matured, I asked him why he was four rows of vines on a twenty meters long. Here is his answer, he picks up these clusters for making eau de vie de marc wine for its own drink. He maintains his vineyard come to him for his great-grandfather. I was lucky to have this information and also to enjoy a few rays of sun that since are very rare.

The marc is often eaten in disgestif, thanks to its great taste and digestive problems. Many traditional recipes, desserts or dishes require the use of marc.
The mixture is old in oak barrels for 2 to 5 years or more. Once the desired aging is reached, the brandy is bottled and can be stored for several decades. The grape juice (must) comes from a multitude of varietals soigeusement selected. After 5 to 7 days, we get a little alcohol wine (about 8 ° to 11 °) acid and trouble, just pleasant to drink in the state. This is the double distillation and aging in oak casks which turned into brandy marc.

This is certainly a tradition that is disappear because you see that this takes work, but I suppose that this man must have in his cellar, a few bottles aging quietly covered with dust pending that opens one for a moment spent with friends at coffee after a good meal.

I'll be missing a small fortnight, my parents have just passed their holidays in our company, therefore a lot of ballads and good times spent with my family.

I hope you go well during this short absence, take attention to you, I kiss you, soon

Corinne

Olá Corinne,

Jolis groupes de raisins!
Excellente luminosité et un beau cadre!
Félicitations!
Amitié,
Sergio

Bonjour Corinne
Serge

Very fine capture here and your notes are outstanding!
I work in a wine store, so I have to know all about Canadian wines -- your notes have provided me with information on a kind of wine we do not have here. Ask me about Icewine and I will be happy to oblige :)

Very fine colours and superb close comp

Hello Corinne,it isn't often that we see shots of grapes on the vine here on TL.
The sharpness of your shot is excellent.
The light on the vines shows us all the various colours as the grapes ripen.
Good crop.

hello Corinne,
this is my favoutie of this theme. I would be happy to live just 5 minutes from such a lovely bunch of grapes! I like your POV and the way the light cathces the grapes.I like the way these luscious purples fruits nestle amommg the stippled vine leaves.

Bev

Bonjour Corinne,
Dany
