[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
They teach us that we have to point the camera in a slightly different direction to make a difference. So I tried to point it down and take my eyes off the road for a second.
And as a matter of fact, it is quite interesting to see a cyclist's dashboard frozen in a picture for once. The GPS really adds a lot of extra fun to cycling. It not only shows the usual data (speed, moving average, distance travelled etc.) but also elevation over sea level and a complete map of where you've gone and if you're lost, a compass to point you in the direction you want to go. Or even better, if you have the coordinates of your destination, type them in and it will take you there, the same as in a car, only more fun - and exercise to boot.
This is one I only resized - and I wondered whether to post it here or on TE, and decided here.

Hi Per, you biker with GPS that is beautiful! Wonderful bike, good shot Per.

Dear Per, this is very cool cycling equipment !!! I wish I had that when I was doing triathlons some years ago. The picture is ok, but I would have liked it without hand on the steering "wheel". Motion blur on the street would also haven been nice, making the shot special, but at the same time dangerous for equipment and you, remember hands of the steering.... :-)

Wow - too bad I never comment on this - nice to watch you and your shadow Per - I will concider an upgrade of my bike with a GPS ;-) Ok may be I just should fix the tires of that old racer of mine.

I still rode my huffy bike from 1959, that I got for a birthday present. I never part with anything. I hope it is safe in USA, in my daughter's garage. It has a bell and horn, not fancy like yours! I never knew you could be so in the high tech age on a bike.
