[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Not a zoo animal, but a restaurant on the corner of Rue de St-Petersbourg and Ave Montagne in the 8eme Arrondisment, as seen from the 80 bus. These two passerbys were apparently not interested in eating here, although there was a sign around the corner which advertised "Les 6 Viandes Noble du 12 janvier au 6 avril." I hope that hippo was not one of these 6 noble foods!

I really like your street photos!

That striding girl is a photo all on its own!
That paused man is a photo all on its own!
The combination of the two, as opposites in 'pose', is a cracker, even better if they had been a little closer to each other but this'll do nicely.
The restaurant as a background is almost incidental. Imagine this without those two human figures!!?
Interesting background and well recorded. Good quality street action/detail.
Now grade this crit;

Out of curiousity, internet search, found out that this is a restaurant chain with 60-70 shops in France. I have to grade good for Kit critique. Anyway this is a good street scene as seen from bus.

Hi Lois, I love this everyday scene! Very well done and captured... the lady walking by and the man looking at the other side of the street, maybe at some other restaurant to go to? lol!

The electric sign of the restaurant is very appealing, I love what it brings to a photo.

Good saturated colours and sharp dof. Also, I love the reflexions in the window and the lighting on each side of it.
