I love its colors.
Does anyone know if it's really a duck ?
With my only lens, i had to shot very closer (one meter). The Duck didn't scare.
I couldn't push the petal without frighten the duck.

Charles, you made a good shot of this Mandarin Duck. I like them very much, they are so nice ! In China they are a symbol for faithfulness and happiness in a couple.
What a pity this one has his right brown feather "broken" in two parts, and the leaf is distracting the eye from the main subject. But good colors and details.

A nice little bird and lovely colours. You did a great job in getting so close.
I've tried a workshop for fun using the cloning tool and tried to get rid of the obstructive leaf!It can probably be done better but its my first attempt!
