Hello John,
An image very different from your usual landscapes but which has a great evocative power. The composition is very simple and effective. I like the glance and the pose of this child. Even the dog is moving in its feverish waiting. Very very good shot. Happy Easter to you and Yolanda! Annie

Nice capture John!

A wondeful composition here and yes a dream situation to come across. The dog is definitely focused on the ice cream and the girl's expression seems that her peace is being disturbed from a coupe places ;) Or her eyes may be pleading with you to take the furry little beggar away. Excellent slice of life captured John!

Gosh, where have you been hiding this one, John?! It's REALLY good! The poor puppy's feet are cut off, but who cares?!

Hi John,

This is very good you know, I find it amusing and humorous. This has good colour. The BG and pavement are excellent and the texture gives the image a painted feel. Your composition is superb. I hope the dog at least got to lick the ice-cream stick. Have a happy Easter, kindest regards

Hi John, nice natural capture. Very good colors. The unconcerned manner of the girl to the dog, looks funny actually. I think you did some cloning on the wall and the stones. Repetitive textures left a little, but its good shot..

Poor puppy! I would have given all of my ice-cream... :)
Her expression is great! She seems to enjoy it and doesn't want to share it with anyone. I wish I could see the dog's expression, too.

Hoi John,
Prachtige foto met een super sfeer. Het meisje heeft echt geen aandacht voor de hond, maar de hond ook niet voor haar. Het gaat allemaal om het ijsje. Prachtige kleuren en een perfect plek voor deze mooie foto.
