Hi Jan, this doesn't look very fortified to me. It looks like a lot of beautiful rokoko frills on a French chateau set against a kind of classic English horror story background. Yes, that's it - this is the castle in "Rebecca" by Hitchkock. Well done.

Nice photo Jan, i like the perspective a lot, the good demarcation from the sky - nice to see all the details on the building. powerful effect too, you got the point. I prefer other solutions - i have some.
