Because I need warmth, sun and colors!

That's a hip shot taken in front of the "Tuileries Garden", in rue de Rivoli.
We were crossing the street...and click :)

I cropped the pic to get focus on her colorful shirt of which I love the details. Maybe it's too much..tell me what you think. In fact I'm not sure about the choice...

Interesting POV. At least it's sharp and colourful, and you've cropped it well to avoid any background clutter.
I would suggest, though, that you ask permission and try to get a candid shot of your subject from in front - I think it would be much more interesting. Of course, it's not easy - and I've found that about 50% of the time they say "no."
But that still leaves 50% who say "yes!"
