Feelgood factor! As you are sitting in your car in bright sunshine, and noticing the environment around you, oh how green and vibrant it is, and feeling really hot, just allow yourself to realize how it could be. And looking at this beautiful whitened alternative, please just notice how good you are feeling now....... :) :) :)
This little country road is the route to the local woods, in January it had a coat of natures beauty. In the distance are some beautiful old cottages, that are hardly visible. Looking back, I realize how lucky we are that there is contrast in nature.
The picture was cropped, resized for TL and sharpened a little. Brrrrrrr...... |

this is like a scene from Chronicles of Narnia. great in colour - considering that the combination of the dark branches and white snow create an almost black and white effect anyway. well done!!!

Nice picturization in white snow. Good control of light and contrast. Fine details and useful commentary.
