By a fresh early morning of March, I took my courage in two hands: I went out of the sweet heat of the braid, to go to take some photos of the sunrise along the " Traversée du Ponthieu ". And so is called an ancient railroad line, which crosses the Ponthieu (Picardy).
Armed with my Coolpix, with my pullovers, with my jacket and with my gloves, I was able to take advantage of the entertainment of a sunrise on the morning mist. |

Bonjour Hugues;
Superbe photo. Le soleil couchant et le givre en premier plan. C'est très bien fait.
Bravo pour t'être levé si tôt!

I like how the sun sits on that thin pinky orange line. And I like how the sun shines and changes the colour of ice. Probably I would crop the bottom of picture a bit, but that of course would change the whole composition...
Well done!

Nice compo. Like the effect and the grahic quality.
Bravo pour cette prise de vue. Très belle. Le premier plan macro manque de netteté à mon avis.
Mais l'effort fourni pour se lever à l'aube est très méritant!
Beautiful shot!!!A magical moment...Well done!!!
