No, it's not a picture taken on the Atlantic coast but on the Mediterranean sea, to day. we have an exceptionnal storm with winds reaching 120 km/h.
Post processing: Colors saturation.
Given a little bit some dark.
Added a lamp "on".
Outside framing.

Hello Jean Louis, this is a extraordinary capture of the storm ...you were very lucky to capture this..Like the threathning mood of the picture and the extra light on top here ..the details of the waves ..very good ! ..did you use the emboss filter on the picture itself ?would like to see the original picture to compare your PP , is that possible ?

Lovely picture, almost looks like a painting. Remarkable composition and great depth of focus. You really have captured the stormy mood of the scene.

Peter

The lamp is a very good detail. Excellent composition, I like the colors, blue and green of the waves. This has power, I like it very much.
Pamela

Hi Jean Louis, wow, amazing picture of a wild and furious sea and this lighthouse in the background. Fabulous.
bye alex

Realy can feel the winds in this Jean. Is so powerful. Is that the clouds at the back of this. Realy great how well you could make the light in the light house... Realy adds to it all.

monster storm !

Perfect, what a beautiful capture. The colors of the water and background add to the drama of the storm. Well done on this composition.

Jean Louis, this is artwork. Could be a painting hanging in my wall... a big photo at least! Beautiful colours, nice scenery caught at a splendid moment (the wave's splash) and excellent post-production work. TFS. Deserves more than 2 points, really ;o)

15?1?ul but why did you make a point to state its not the atlantic coast? just c urious, i think you picture of the wave is perfectly in the lens you coulc not have done a better job and the color of the wave with the rock were perfect great shot-----wow this truly a spectacular shot worthy of national geographic i know why you said not the atlantic coast now the light house is magnificent ---- you should try to selll this shot

This looks absolutely wonderful. It is not clear to me how much you processed and the workshop won't open for me. But it doesn't matter. This image is beautiful in depth colours and drama. An immediate favorite.

Very nice Jean but I wouldn't have wanted to be in the water!

Impressive shot for shure.. I suppose you feel a lot of wind for this one! The phare seems so small on this picture... But stay in light in any condition!

Great picture. What os really stron in this picture is the contrast between the green transparency of the wave and the rest.
The spot you put on the light house is enhancing the atmosphere of the picture
I really like this picture.

Bon travail!

Wow ! This is an impressive shot. Très belle photo que tout photographe aimerait prendre je crois. Avec le phare c'est formidable. Félicitation.

Le rendu est vraiment impressionnant et le fait d'avoir "allumé" le phare particulièrement bienvenu.
Bravo.
Stéphane

Très impressionnant ta photo Jean-Louis. Bravo pour le travail. J'aime beaucoup. Amitiés, Patty.
