I like the fact that you've kept the Venus slightly out of focus to attract attention to the real actors of this picture, the tourist and the attendant. Great note too, very funny.

The picture is really great. I'd appreciate to see it in color. what stroke me the most was the DOF (aside of Venus breast, without silicon). And the couple i reckon they were greeks. The museum attendant, it's a tough job, but somebody has to do it, as we can see...

Strong contrast, wel composed, much depth. Very attractive picture.
Poor lady! No arms for centuries and now you cut her head off too... But otherwise you should have post on TE. Thanks for my first smile this morning! :o))

hi Luko, I really like this picture - very nice compo with this big naked lady on the side occupying half of the frame. I enjoy looking at those small people behind her - all of them reading sth - very good moment. the only flaw i can find here are those completely white ares - high contrast... anyway, it is a very good stuff!
and the note is superb ;)
and don't forget about TE ;) people there are waiting for your photos, belive me.

very nice capture, Luko.
the b&w is a wise shot and it´s just great to have the statue not the main subject of the image. in fact, it´s crucial to its strenghth.
thanks for sharing.
a really smart composition!

Sunglasses, Luko, and big hair as well. Anyway, this is excellent work. I like how the attendant does not give a damn about the visitors and the fact that he's more interested in the newaspaper he's reading. The shot is nicely balanced and, as always, compo is outstanding. Anyway, this is truly excellent. Well done!

Your harsh highlights here and contrasty feeling makes the humans in the shot slightly sculpture-like, which is kind of cool. And the fact that everyone is looking down helps, too. Groovy, out of focus statue, which takes attn to the humans. I love the negative space, too.

Hi Luko,
Your humorous note and the playfull nature of the image is very pleasing and fun.
The picture, as you said, is actually about the people and you captured their characters to perfection. The contrast between the man in the back and the two Italians is very well depicted and I can look at them for hours.
Technically superb. The focus was well chosen in that depth is given to your main subjects and the "antidexterous" lady slightly out, so as to confirm your intentions.
The image also has a news photographers feel. Very well done!
Bravo!
Dirk
