I think what stands out most are the beautiful colors. THe pov adds to the mood and the sky does also. I like the way the gold is really shining. I think you made a simple bridge look spectacular. Very very good work!

Nice capture and composition of one famous Paris bridge. A pity you cut the lampost maybe, imho.
Paris is not in Franche-Comté btw but in Ile-de-France.
