Weird Window in Rouen

While strolling through the streest of Rouen (France) I passed this black tiled wall on a round-about. While traffic is roaring behind my back I made some pictures of this wall with square windos. I'm wondering what sombody would have thought looking at me from the other side of the window pain: "Oh no not again le idiot Baron Vert" :-)
Anyway on purpose I didn't clean the black tiles, nor the window pane.

What's your opinion regarding this experiment?

Hello my friend

Weird yet wonderful, your window is sooo much better than mine :-)

Superb shot I think the experiment is a resounding sucess. Well seen and really well shot. Photography is all about an eye for a shot and my certainly have that.

TFS regards Helen

This again shows that you have a great imagination, Hans - rare in Continental Europeans :-)

It's hard to tell from the thumbnail what's going on in the shot which added to the excitement of opening up the full pictue. Lots of wee points of interest here, in all the reflections. Yep, well seen indeed and nice note on the pp work - good on ya!

Hello Hans,

Well spotted a weird window indeed Very nice. It is a pity that the artist is a bit dark. I made you a workshop to get it clearer and I also washed the tiles:-)

Ah oui, l'idiot le baron vert prend des photos de lui. Il doit être de la Belgique ou de la Nouvelle-Zélande. Seulement ces idiots prennent des photos d'entre eux.

What clever pp work you've done Hans. The road signs are a little hard to read, but that mirror is very clean and bright.
BRAVO!

Nice selfportrait there Hans! And yes, that is a weird window, but I like it! It gets attention! Great job in centering the pic! Now this is a pic that needs centering! Very nice pp work!

Hello Hans,

Of course France is a country of artists and its architectures are famous around the globe. Probabaly it is a one way glass - or even a mirror for the passing by people so that ladies check their make-up and men confirm their hair style.... whatever - the image is beautifully taken and nicely presented. Well done my friend.

Thanks for sharing this image.

Hi Hans

Legal idea, I like like this, without cleaning the tiles, they are more original, big creativity, it was interesting the picture because you complete in the window of the middle the continuation of the scenery of the tiles, very three-dimensional.
Legal I liked creativity and good taste in the assembly of this.
Congratulations

Sérgio

Hi Hans, this is a good image and creative. It reminds me somehow of post modern art or something like that.

Great idea and I like the reflections of the nature in the wider part of the window contrasting with the city image of the smaller window.

Cheers, Yan :)

hello hans!

Hallo Hand
Een leuk idee , jammer dat het niet helemaal scherp is.
Bevalt je camera? Ik denk erover om ook een Sigma Zoom te kopen,
Groet Rob

Bonjour,
I realize that I forgot to put my message on this photography which remenber to me good moments of my life in Normandy. I image well indeed if there were people behind the window their surprise or their laughter to see one surprising nobody taking the photograph of their window.
But more idiot, it's me, because I seek since yesterday, which is written on the panels of direction behind you on the round-about. That took a little time to me but I found that you were very meadows of there was the direction St Sever and to Elbeur/Caen by the highway and to finish the indication of the toll-road of the town of Caen.
After having taken in photography the truck in front of you at the wheel of your car to go to see Nancy "ta femme" and this self-portrait on round-about, you are a adventurous men, you are my Indiana-Hansie, "vous êtes mon héros" :-))) it's my last reflection

May be weird but nice effect like double reflection, after all very interesting composition and your auto went out nicely done.

Hoi Hans,
groeten,
Joop!
